Character Application Process
You are expected to read the site rules before you apply for a character. If you already have, then great! You may proceed.
For each separate character, you will create a new thread in the character board with said character's name in the title. Post it under the main board, as the sub-boards are for accepted applications.
You may use the following form as a generic template for both OC and canon applications. Add on to it whatever you'd like if you want to elaborate beyond the minimum. The more detail the better, but try not to go into excess.
Although not mandatory, if you would like to include a small RP sample when applying for a canon, it is helpful for the mods in determining how well you may handle them. (Please don't write a novel for your sample, however.) Check here for a list of claimed canons!
Template:
Character Name
Gender/Age/Class
Personality: -info here-
Backstory: -info here-
Appearance: -info here-
Pokémon: -info here-
Feel free to post it in the character board while you're still working on it, but note a (WIP) of some kind in the title and remove this mark as soon as you're finished.
After filling this out, wait for a mod to get back to you. You should receive a message in your inbox, so keep an eye on it! If you receive no reply in over two days, go ahead and message one of the staff to get on it. (In case we didn't notice by mistake etc.) Please be aware of who you may contact about this, because some mods may only review OCs, for example.
Once a character is approved, it will be moved to one of the three boards of accepted characters, (canon, original, or crossover.)
Please do not make any enormous unapproved changes to a character after their acceptance. (i.e. Giving them a normal team then sticking in a legendary Pokémon post-approval.)
Once your character is in the clear, you're ready to RP them!
